Luxury Gigayacht With Retractable Balconies, Underwater Living Room Called ‘Nemo Lounge’

Plans have been announced for a stunning luxury yacht with the amenities and spacious feel of a luxury dry land resort – to be built by one of the world’s leading superyacht builders.

The Inspire, a 454-foot megayacht, will be the latest creation of Sinot Yacht Architecture and Design Press, a Dutch company that is not new to making headlines for their wild yacht designs.

Large enough for 22 guests and 52 crew members, plans for the superyacht were revealed at the Monaco Yacht Show last week.

Inspire will feature a 40-seat theater, wellness center, a winter garden, retractable balconies, swimming pool and even an underwater “Nemo Lounge,” as the unique living area has been dubbed.

“The most impressive feature is located on the lowest level of the yacht,” designer Sander Sinot said of the sunken hall, located 16 meters below the surface, Jam Press reported. “The spectacular Nemo Dive Observation Room offers a unique opportunity to experience the intriguing and inspiring underwater life in a tranquil environment.”

Inspire will have six decks in total, including an upper deck of nearly 3,000 square meters with a relaxation area, luxurious master suite, open-plan wheelhouse, a main deck with the ship’s restaurant and a beach deck with staterooms VIP, all of them. built with “the most natural and sustainable elements,” according to Sinot.

Renderings highlight the vessel’s clean lines, light floors and sleek hull built to blend in with the surrounding seas and skies.

In total there is accommodation for 22 guests and 52 crew – or there will be, once the ship, which Sinot says is “ready to build”, finds a buyer and is built.

“Each element in the superyacht concept is completely custom-designed and meticulously crafted from the finest and most durable natural materials,” noted Sinot, adding that Inspire’s design allows it to be “further tailored according to wishes of the future owner, without making any concessions to the uniqueness of this particular concept.”
